| Job Description： 1. Recruit and manage live streaming talents, cultivate key talents to continuously create and improve contents in certain categories； 2. Coordinate and communicate live streaming related training and events between agencies and operation team； 3. Responsible for daily streamer operation and management, build long-term relationships with new and existing streamers; build and maintain a healthy, energetic streaming community; 4. Cultivate close connections with streamers for problem-solving in order to provide better local user experience; 5. Monitoring live-streaming data and determine content operations directions; 6. Other tasks arranged by upper manager. Job Requirements: 1. Proficient in local official language and English is a must, while language skills in Chinese is a plus 2. Experience in game and show live stream and day-to-day media relations, agency background is a plus； 3. Familiar with the local culture, and with a good understanding of the live streaming market in the regions/countries (Indonesia / Vietnam / Middle East / Turkey / Thailand); 4. Outgoing / Enthusiastic personality is a must - willing to join networking events and and communicate with different people and can respond to community members timely and properly; 5. Skilled in MS or similar office software, familiar with apps like Line, facebook, Instagram, Whats App, etc. 6. Pro-active, collaborative, creative and energetic, able to work well under pressure. |
