薪资:面议工作地点:菲律宾GLOBAL B2B CONSULTANCY INC.:500人-1000人因疫情关係,此职缺开放先在台湾居家办公,待菲律宾开放旅客入境后再安排外派。• Manage conversion team including in-bound/out-bound sales operations, onsite/offline conversion optimization and user experience management. • Based on the traffic/conversion insights to determine conversion strategy. • Lead and coach the conversion team to meet OKR targets. • Develop and execute conversion & sales strategies to meet optimize and maximize the existing resource and tools to meet targets • Define the in-bound/out-bound sales team process • Based on the traffic source to define the best conversion flow. • Define A/B test objectives and based on test results to adjust user flow, hence, improve conversion rate. • In charge of the overall user experience on our website. • Manage the day to day operations of Telesales agents for different market • Prepare, evaluate and manage day to day operations using data, reports and tools to maximize performance result such as number of calls made, call duration, conversion rate. • Provide requirements to CRM, communication and customer management system • Handle escalations with sense of urgency • Collaboration with various departments to ensure process and system alignment |
