薪资：11000-19000工作地点：菲律宾GLOBAL B2B CONSULTANCY INC.：500人-1000人• Work closely with business users and development team to gather and evaluate requirements• Define business/user goals and key results of the features and products that align with strategic vision under manager supervision • Conduct user research - interviewing, observation, and testing • Initiate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, sitemaps and prototypes with UI/UX designers • Assist manager to manage and control all design assets and all design standards across all platforms • Develop Detailed Operating Requirements (DORs) for engineers • Plan and manage UX/UI tests for each product releases to maintain and ensure consistent standards • Identify and troubleshoot UX problems and constantly seek to improve the user’s experience of the platform. • Assist on any other allocated tasks upon department direction |
