薪资：面议工作地点：台湾 | 新加坡Shopee蝦皮（台灣分公司）：1000人以上Job Description:- You will be a member of the Regional Brand Design team and will be responsible for exploring and optimizing the visual design workflow/methods to help transform and improve efficiency. - Develop a solid understanding of Shopee's brand coupled with optimizing and maintaining Shopee's Regional Brand Design System. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help design and define key visual requests, enhancing and maintaining Shopee's brand identity in the greater South East Asia (Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore and Taiwan). - Manage and maintain the brand identity for each Shopee brands by using scientific and efficient methods. - Interested to find out more about Shopee Design Team? Keep your eyes peeled on Shopee Design's Instagram and Medium! Requirements: - 5+ years of working experience in a related major/area. Background in visual communication, or education-related design disciplines. - Excellent in creative design skills and experience in managing complicated brand visual systems. (i.e experience in leading or involved in the creation of a branding guideline, online branding material, offline material making etc). - Have an excellent global visual sense, experience in branding related research and pushed every step of the design strategy. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to present well and explain design solutions to cross-functional teams. - Specializing in Illustration / Motion Video/ 3D Modelling is preferred. - Having international business design experience / studying abroad experience is preferred. |
