薪资:面议工作地点:台湾-台北市伦塔股份有限公司:500人-1000人Responsibility:• Manage internal policies and procedures in Finance, Human Resources, and general office management. • Responsible for the developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the business strategy and ensuring legal compliance with statutory employment and related laws and regulations. • Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the entire HR function of the company including organization developments, talent acquisition, HR operations, employee relations, training & development, compensation and benefits, compliance, and health and safety • Coach, facilitate and support the management team with talent management issues • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues. • Manage all administrative matters of the office, such as office supplies, travel arrangements. • Work with CPA firm to manage the daily accounting issues • Handle ad-hoc assignments by the general manager. |
