KeyResponsibilities •Conductnewtenantorientations,presentationsandrelatedcommunications •Providecomforttoresidentsbyinteractingwiththemfortimelyassistancetoresolvedaytodayissues. •Maintainverbalandwrittencommunicationswithtenants •Processmaintenancerequestsandensuremaintenanceworkiscompletedaccuratelytothesatisfactionofthetenantandaspertimeschedule. •PrepareallrelateddocumentsasinstructedbyLinemanager. •Directperformanceofinhouseworkforceandmonitorallworksexecutedbycontractors/ServiceProviderstoensurecompliancewithgovernmentregulationsandresidentialpropertymanagementstandards. •Proactiveapproachwithproblemsolvingabilitieswithtenants. •CoordinatewiththeHOD/LineManagerupcomingvacatingunits •Maintainadatabaseforallpropertymanagementoperations. •Coordinateinspectionstoensurecompliancewithcodesandsafetyregulations. •Highlightandprovideimprovementideasinthebuildingtoenhancethetenant’sexperience. •Handledifficultsituationswithtenantsandaddressallissuesandonlyescalateasasecondaryresort |
