Fabricatepartsforwatches,usingsmalllathesandothermachines. Recordquantitiesandtypesoftimepiecesrepaired,serialandmodelnumbersofitems,workperformed,andchargesforrepairs. Adjusttimingregulators,usingtruingcalipers,watch-raterecorders,andtweezers. Clean,rinse,anddrytimepieceparts,usingsolutionsandultrasonicormechanicalwatch-cleaningmachines. Disassembletimepiecesandinspectthemfordefective,worn,misaligned,orrustyparts,usingloupes. Gatherinformationfromcustomersaboutatimepiece'sproblemsanditsservicehistory. Oilmovingpartsoftimepieces. Performregularadjustmentandmaintenanceonwatchcases,andwatchbands. Reassemble,replacingglassfacesbeforereturningthemtocustomers. Requirements: CompletionofacertificatecourseinwatchTechnician.
